Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

Orders placed on our web site now ship for free on orders over $100 in the USA.​

We ship mainly with UPS. We will ship with FEDEX or USPS at your direction.

We pass our UPS discounts on to you.​

International Shipments

The cost of International shipments is not reflected properly here. The web hosting cannot display my UPS discounts. Generally speaking, the charges displayed here will be roughly 50% less. We have and will always refund the difference between what you paid and what we pay to ship. We do it all the time, so please don't be upset when you see the International shipping charges. 

Return & Exchange Policy

You may return any product that is in new condition and has not been installed, within 30 days, for a full refund.

Strobes with a Xenon bulb carry a 5 year warranty, with one exception. If you "fry" the unit by connecting to the wrong power source, the warranty is void.

LED bulb strobes carry a Limited LIFETIME warranty. Limited with one exception. If you use the incorrect voltage and "fry" the unit, I cannot honor the warranty. Tescor will replace or repair any warranty claims at our discretion.

Please contact us for a return USPS label for any products being returned for warranty issues.

For the record, Tescor has had only 3 warranty claims since 2013. That covers thousands and thousands of units sold...
